Blast Fragmentation Resistant Door

The door is manufactured in accordance with Home Front Command requirements and according to Israeli Standard 4422 of the Israel Standards Institute.
Designed for residential openings that are not located opposite a protective wall.

Option for preparation for a wooden/fire-rated door on the inner side of the frame.

Frame

  • Made of 3 mm thick bent sheet metal, galvanized with a 14-micron coating
  • 304/316 stainless steel frame available as an option
  • Frame with a plaster tooth / concealed hinge available as an option

Door Leaf

  • 25 mm thick steel, coated using a cold galvanizing process.

Hinges

  • Pair of hinges with a pin and 30 mm diameter bearing, designed to accommodate the door leaf load. The steel hinge lug is 30 mm thick and galvanized. The hinge is attached to the frame with bolts.

Locking Mechanism

  • Pair of galvanized upper/lower bolts, 30 mm in diameter. The bolts are located on the inner side of the door leaf, with the bolt guide welded to the door leaf.
  • Handles made of 16 mm diameter rod, on the inner and outer sides.
  • Opening mechanism designed for manual opening with a force of up to 10 kg.

Double-Leaf Blast and Fragmentation-Resistant Door

Based on a single-leaf door. The passive leaf has an additional pair of hinges and bolts, as well as additional reinforcement and sealing at the junction between the door leaves.
